Notes on how we work
Short answers to what people ask once a project starts: prices, who does what, and why everything waits for your yes.
How a card gets its price
Every piece of work is a card in Crayfish Review. Before anything starts, the card gets a size and an exact price in MVR: small changes are MVR 750, medium changes MVR 3,000, large ones from MVR 7,500, and new builds are quoted in a written brief. The senior engineer on your project checks the price, then it waits for your yes. If you want something different later, that is a new card with its own price, and it waits for your yes too.
What the AI developer does, and what the senior engineer checks
The AI developer writes the code, one card at a time, and tests it on phones and computers. It does not decide what to build or what it costs. Before you see a change, a senior engineer at Crayfish, named on your project, checks it: that it does what the card says, that it works on phone and desktop, and that nothing else broke. Their name is on the approval in Review.
Why nothing changes without your yes
Your website or app is part of how your business runs, so a surprise costs you even when the change is small. That is why every price waits for your approval before work starts, and every finished change waits for it again before it goes live. When it is live you get a build number and a note of what changed, so you can always see what is running and why.
